Cockpit USA Men's Hooded B-3 Sheepskin Bomber Jacket

The Cockpit USA Hooded B-3 adds a detachable raccoon-fur trimmed hood to the standard B-3 construction — the same thick supple sheepskin with nappa-finished exterior, leather-welted seams, and double buckle throat latch, with a removable hood that provides additional wind coverage at the face and neck without permanently altering the B-3 silhouette. The hood is detachable for use as a standard B-3 when not needed.

Introduced in 1934, the B-3 was designed for bomber crews in unpressurized, open cabins at high altitude. The hooded version is the extreme cold-weather variant — when the hood is on, it is the warmest outerwear garment in the Cockpit USA lineup. Available in regular and Long sizes. Made in the USA.
